Hi, If the Bell Social plan is anything like the Telus Social plan, you do have Data, it is just limited to specific Social Network apps. But yes you should be able to use your wifi connections for some apps. Apps like Browser will default to wifi if connected and not able to connect over the Bell service, so will BB App world.

My Daughter has the Telus Social Network plan and had no problem using wifi for the downloading apps through BB AppWorld, browsing the web. I do not know about The Score Mobile, but you should be able to try it if you are connected to a wifi network.
