Sure. I do it.
My scenario: BIS Blackberry 8820. One computer running Outlook with multiple calendars and Desktop Manager 4.3. One calendar is on the Exchange server (the work one), one calendar is in a PST file.
Setup: In desktop manager, on the configuration tab is a "Configure Synch" button. If you click the advanced button, you can set up advanced mappings. On the calendar tab, click the "map folder" button. You'll then be given the ability to select which folder to map, as well as which to set as default. The default mapping is the one in which items created on the bb will be inserted into.
