Yes im sure of both those things, but calling digicel wont work because they were dumbfounded by the error message in the store. I dont know if there is anyway to reset within the phone the data carrier for the BIS. The digicel people said that when i had the previous carrier, it "locked in" the data/bis to them... I dont know how accurate that is because even after ending the service the problem remains...
