If the BB does not seem to be without the IT Policy it may be that it is still connected to the BES server. Are you still using the BB for work? If your still connected, it will download the policy again.

NJBlackBerry have said i can not change the version because now i am using a OS 4.2 and the IT policy does not let me change it.
:( there is now way i can get rid of this IT Policy on this 8310
