I think you mean move onto number 3 not number 2...?
#2 (below) to load the T-Mobile service books. When that is done, open the folder you created on the desktop. Right click on the module and select cut. Return to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\{Your OS Here}\Java. Right click and paste the module back to it's original location. Close the window and again open Desktop Manager and run Application Loader Add/Remove. At this point you will have a working browser.
