I also have Bold 9780. The Whatsapp works perfectly under WiFi but it does not work under 3G. What might be the problem?
I sent an email to support (Whatsapp) but I got silly answer saying I have to have a blackberry plan via the GSM operator (I already have it of course)!
Any idea how to fix this issue?
