Ok, last ditch "Hail Mary" pass cause I am going to bed. Double check that mass storage is enabled on the phone. Hint you should not be able to see the card with Desktop manager if it is. After checking try a battery pull while the device is on and then try reconnecting. The only other suggestion is to deinstall Desktop Manager and try reinstalling (I would suggest version 4.2 sp2)
