There are a wide variety of different problems reported when updating to the 10.3.3 OS branch. BB’s official response is in this KB:

But, I’ve compiled this list of some reported (by others) “fixes”:

Remove SIM, check for updates (WiFi only), receive update, insert SIM, start over
Reboot (not simple "power off") the device, perhaps several times
Remove all BT pairing from BB as well as all devices ("clear" them of BT configurations, if such a command exists), start over
Perform an on-device Security WIPE of the BB and start over
Reload the BB device OS and start over

That's all I can recall right now...again, there may well be more.
