3G is a huge improvement on both the Bold and iPhone. I can open email attachments MUCH quicker on my Bold (vs my Curve), and programs like Google Maps would much quicker.
I have to say that 3G seems a little quicker on my iPhone than my Bold, but regardless, it is a huge improvement over EDGE.
