So I recently purchased a BB9780 and got the BB Social Plan which includes BBM, Twitter, Facebook etc. The thing is my BBM only works in my house where there is WIFI. If I try and use it at school or outside, no one receives my messages and I cant get messages back. Same with using Twitter or Facebook, it only works with wifi. I called my service provider and they said theres nothing wrong with it, so I dont know what to do. Anyone know how I can fix this problem?
