Nick and others,
Please post the request with as much information as possible, I will likely not be able to build and distribute these immediately anyhow so if you post it and update it later with the missing information that should be sufficient. It may be 24 to 48 hours before I am able to produce the files and post them here.
Any changes please post in the original post by Editing not creating a new post and make a note that the post has been changed in the post itself and Bold it so it stands out.
