Is the BB on BES? If so, there may be a corporate IT Policy preventing it from syncing to your Mac. Might want to check with the BES Admin and/or IT staff to make sure you know what is and isn't allowed.

In addition, many of us never recommend mixing personal and company data on the BB. If the company issues the device, it is best to keep it filled with only company data. If you need your personal info, get a personal device. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but it just makes good sense to keep it separate.
