Announcing a 4500 count layoff and bad sales does nothing to help.
Again bad management and they should go first.

People are dumping Blackberry phones because they cannot be sure they will be there soon or get support. The changes on the 10 OS have been good and bad. The changes like not being able to set the volume level of each different notification as was possible in the past was very poor. keeping the ring tone loud but being able to lower the others was a very positive feature. Sad.
