HELP , my Blackberry seems to not be charging and i need it to charge asap what happens when i put the charger in is it goes on black background with a battery on it with a red cross in the middle please help me anyone i beg of you i really need my phone to work and be on and i need it to work now just to say my blackberry has the new update on it 7.1.0 something like thanks too all that will helpp byee
