I spent 3 hours on the phone with AT&T, and RIM. They were clueless. They thought it was an issue with the AT&T Address Book, then thought it was an issue with my phone (9800). They were telling me to return the phone.

Then I come acroos Erjavec's post.......Erjavec your a freaking genius. It worked like a charm. I only regret that I was not able to tell RIM your fix so they can save users so much time.
