1. If u have a data plan then request for services books from your mobile service provider.
2. Otherwise make sure u have your Options -> Advanced Options ->TCP settings set properly: the APN and any username and password.
3. If 2. above doesn't work downgrade Maps (Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications -> Blackberry Maps, Menu -> Delete) and install an older version, search for it under
www.blackberryforums.com. I doubt you will have to go this far.
4. Did you know that Google Maps now gives directions wherever it shows roads?
