NJBlackberry, pleased to report that my USD is talking to the handset and I now have couple of icons on the screen saying they are connected. Also I think the handheld is now wiped clean of its OS -still unsure.
I am unable to find the OS file; with the Application Loader open, then the Application Wizard but it shows no applications that can be loaded. Then using Add selection, there are no file in the RIM\Blackberry directory that has the file tyep: *.alx or *.ali.
I need to locate the OS to allow a reloading to work. Pls help.
FYI my Desk Top SW version is 3.6.2
