From what I've gathered, it's because of the OS on my newer BB. It's running v4.2.1.96 It seems that in order for the bluetooth modem thing to work, I have to pull my battery out every time I want to do it.
Is there a fix for this problem? Is there a way I can downgrade to the older version of the BB OS so I won't have this problem? HELP!!!  |
Currently, there's no fix. However, you can downgrade your OS. Check the sticky thread over in the 8100 forum about the latest OS version for instructions on how to do it. You'll have to track down a copy of an eariler OS release though.
