yes i noticed that too, the SQL server is local on the same server and is working fine. I am logged in to it using the besadmin account (AD service account for bes services) and sql services are up and running. I upgraded the standby server first and that worked fine it is just hte primary server that is having an issue, servers are identical in terms of hardware and software. I have contacted BES support but they are not very helpful at present
