Heres an application that allows you to take a picture of your homescreen.

READ THIS. To use - go to applications, highlight the "captureit" application. Hit the blackberry key. Now press "capture it". RIGHT WHEN YOU HIT THE "CAPTUREIT" OPTION, QUICKLY GO BACK TO THE HOMESCREEN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. If you dont, it will take a picture of your applications folder.

Taken from my cruise ship room's balcony in the Caribbean.
