Hi, I feel like an idiot but I can't sync my contacts to my new tour. The desktop mgr 5.0 does not even show Outlook as an option. I am working with an old Outlook- 2000 (I know I should upgrade) but my old blackberry (7250) synced just fine. I've tried battery pull, removing and uploading new desktop mgr to no avail.

I have Outlook Express on my computer which I don't use and desktop mgr will see that so I imported all my contacts to Outlook Express but the contacts still will not sync to device. It looks like device can connect to desktop but when it's time for desktop to device to talk, I get a "please wait" then it just ends. (I did select two-way sync) help?!
