Are you getting your email via POP, IMAP, MAPI, etc.? You might be using "Outlook Anywhere" which is basically a tunneled SSL connection. This won't work for BES. BES needs MAPI.

I believe it is MAPI. It's definitely not POP or IMAP. It is via a profile configured in Mail Profiles in Windows. Does that help clarify this part?
