Default Can't connect to BlackBerry App World?

So I'm a new BlackBerry user. I just got a Curve 9300 through Koodo. Their self serve site is being a POS and isn't letting me check out my account, though I *should* have the BlackBerry connect plan on my phone. Internet and everything else works fine, just can't connect to the App World to even register. Is this something wrong on my end, or an issue with my provider??



edit: got into my account and I do have the BlackBerry Connect plan


edit again: The exact error I get is:

"BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again. (Error Id: 30641)"
