Okay, I have tried 3 times so far to install I currently have v 4.2.2.170 and I followed the steps including deleting the file when said and what not. It took that many times for it to finally realize I was trying to upgrade. No idea why. Kind of annoying. But atleast it works now
Just waiting for it to install all now...I'm excited.
