Do you mean the phone speaker, wired headphone, or bluetooth headphone?
Phone speaker: If the speaker phone is working but not the phone speaker, given you troubleshooting, I'd say the phone speaker has failed.
Wired headphones: If this problem is with wired headphones, have you tried another pair? Tried moving the plug slightly in and out, rotating? Problem could be the phone jack is broken, or could be dirt and crud, or could be your headphones.
Bluetooth: if this is a problem with Bluetooth headphones see what others say.
