And MS won't use it because of legacy issues. This has always been MS's problem. Afraid of upseting legacy users. So instead of just starting fresh, as Apple did with OSX, they continue to put layer upon layer on their older code until all they have is a bloated, buggy, sluggish product. Win Mobile, sorry, I mean Windows Phone 6.5, won't be any better then the previous version. The only reason it sells at all, is that it is offered on so many different devices.
