I'm downloading it now from Sprint directly on my cell phone. It's only 39 MB there, which I guess means it doesn't have the windows install file, but just the OS itself.

I hope like heck this new OS is less buggy than the one it came with. I've had my phone not quite four days now and I've already had to do three hard resets AND my connection to the Sprint Network somehow keeps getting turned to OFF.
