I have a blackberry curve 9300 and for some reason it doesn't work anymore, only this single red light keeps on flashing and once the error code 507 came up. I have taken the battery out, I have even taken it to a phone shop to see if they could fix the problem (they said they would have to delete everything off the phone and restore the software back on the phone 3 times) but still the phone didn't work. When you plug it into the laptop it is detected with out the battery, but then when i put the battery in it says USB NOT RECOGNISED>>> My phone is still under warranty with blackberry, but I don't have the receipt anymore, i have the phone box, even the receipt for the plan i took out with Moblicity...but just not the receipt for the PHONE! :( ...so I'm not really sure what to do as I really need to get my phone fixed as I've only had it for 6 months and now it's not working at all. Any help would be great...as I've tried so many different things and nothing is working! :S
