Yes, this is true. When I got mine, they swore up and down that no new blackberries were going to come out for a while. So I gave in and bought a new one cause my contract was up, even though I could have waited. So I felt that this was a bit unfair and I talked to ATT so far they have been very understanding. But according to what you all say, it will probably be void. I should have just waited until my old BB broke. I guess that's why they say patience is a virtue. But thanks for all your help guys.
