each device has an os. depends on the software your company is using might and might not have an arabic language. i dont know which software release for your device that supports arabic language (different releases has different languages) but if you look around from other phone companies that have your device you might find an os with arabic support. you might wanna be looking for an os that says {all languages} good luck
