I've got a weird problem with BlackBerry App World on my Pearl 8110, I tried installing BlackBerry Messanger 5 last night and the download goes fine but it refuses to install, even after a Battery pull it says that it is installing and I can not seam to find a way to remove it from the list of apps in My World, even uninstalling App World and deleting the App World Folder from my SD card and reinstalling App World fails to remove BBM 5 from showing up i My Wold as still installing, and it causes my Pearl to freeze and I have to do a Battery Pull. I'm using
BB OS:4.5.0.174 (Platform 2.7.0.105)
App World: 1.1.0.23

I've only got Opera Mini:4.2, Facebook: 1.7.0.22, Gmail: 2.0.6 UberTwitter: 0.925 and the Precision Theme 2009.11.04.2303 Installed on myPearl. I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this problem would be appreciated. P.S I've got 15MB of free space according to App World if that helps.
