I am a VZ customer that has a new VZ account and my number was not ported

If you have another Verizon wireless phone in the family, use that number and you should be able to download 4.02. I had the same problem and it worked for me. If you don't have another Verizon number, call Verizon tech support and they will give you a number to enter.
