Thumbs down 4.5.0.18 beta, www.etrade.com/mobiledata no workie
I have an 8310 with 4.5.0.18 and cannot do the OTA install either. Says:

"we're sorry - Etrade Mobile Pro is not currently supported by your device - Try Etrade Mobile"
