There is a piece of foam insulation that goes around the LCD and seals the LCD when the faceplate is attached. It keeps dust and stuff out of there. I need a replacement as I am getting crazy amounts of dust in the unit and I have a feeling it is this foam gasket. I never had the issue until I openned the unit and "broke the seal".
I am waiting on a reply from Horizon Wireless on this, but I know they are pretty busy, so I figured I would see if anyone else has these
Worst comes to worst, I will call Blackberry and try to complain my way in to getting one.
