found the entry in the magt log:
[30112] (04/16 23:11:26.568):{0xCAC} {user1@home.com} Receiving message from device, RefId=478711611, Tag=174130, TransactionId=-825975004

[40287] (04/16 23:11:28.412):{0x19FC} {user2@home.com} Queuing message, RefId=478711611, EntryId=1602611, Posted=04/16 23:11:26, Delivered=04/16 23:11:27

then just for the heck of it, run outlookspy. On that particular email there is NO reference to the blackberry Refid number, in user2 mailbox.
