When I installed Desktop Manager with the cd that came with my Sprint Blackberry 8130, Roxio installed a video "decoder" that is incompatible with Windows Media Player and RealPlayer, and I have tried everything to get rid of it, nothing works. I can't watch movies on Win Media Player or RealPlayer any more. I tried uninstalling the Desktop Manager and Roxio stayed. Went to C disk and deleted everything to do with Roxio, and it is still there. I used Windows Install Clean up and deleted everything Roxio and it remains. I called Blackberry support and they said that they are aware but have no workaround or solution.
I hope some one can help.
