So you're a Helpdesk support, with Manager access then? Or you have complete and FULL BES access directly to all components. IF not then most of what you'll learn, you may not be able to perform when you run into a situation were you'll need that full access.

As for the CBTs, they cover a lot of stuff that I rarely, if ever, use in a production environment. Pure and sound device. NOTHING like hands on experience; but it doesn't hurt to be educated and prepared.
