alas, I can't check - the way I found out was by doing my standard "check my OTA links for upgrades" and I let BeamBerry upgrade me to 3.0 and found out it was a trial, starting digging and so forth and posted here. I can't go back and check v2.0.8 now (I actually uninstalled 3.0 for the moment since I'm not ready to start the 10-day trial yet).
