Did you install the arabic firmware version on your 8300? If not do this or install any other mutlilanguage version. All multilanguage versions of the device firmware (4.2.1 and newer, file name starts with 8300M) contain arabic support. During the firmware installation make sure to select "Arabic" from the application list.
