no, he does it on purpose to get attention. I set the site to ignore his posts as they rarely offer anything but an exercise in translation.
I was very disappointed to see ATT not ready for UMA. this would have been a big + for me as in two of our offices the reception is bad and wifi would have made up for it. Oh well, nothing lost i guess.
