If you don't have BES there are two options:
1. Use the Desktop Redirector.
2. Configure the Outlook Web Access account on BWC.
You might want to do this if you don't want to install the redirector on your PC or you can't because of a company IT policy regarding software and personal BlackBerry devices are not supported.
