Default Software Config, App Policy, & Uninstall

Please Login to Remove!

Hi boys and girls. I'm stuck on this one. And you know if I'm stuck, it's gotta be a good one. I've searched around here and at T-Support but found nothing.

I downloaded GoogleMaps ALX for BES and did the loader.exe /index without any problems. Created a new configuration to deploy it; no problem there either. Successfully deployed to a device wirelessly; yay!

Then I experimented to remove the GoogleMaps app by creating a new policy called "disallow." Essentially the disposition is "disallowed" for the application. I applied the policy to the config and set it for the same user again. Yay; uninstalled from the device as expected.

Now I want the app back on the device again. I reset policy back to allow the installation of the app for the configuration. Applied the GoogleMap config back to the user. It's been 2 days now and the app still has not installed on the device.

Yes, I've clicked my Update Configuration Check Status and my Application Status still reads: Install Required.

Is there a past temp file or something on the server side that might think that the app is presently installed when in fact it isn't? I can't seem to find anything.
