Check the software that came with your BlackBerry. You should have a stripped down version of Intellisync that will allow you to sync with Outlook. Yo do have to train it though. Once installed, look for the 'configure PIM' button. Then point it to the folders you want to use in Outlook, decide if you want to synchronize, import to handheld, or export from handheld. Check the conflict resolution rules as well. If address book entries are somewhat off, check the 'field mapping'. But keep in mind that the handheld will not display all the fields you have in Outlook. Have fun with it!
