Default Universal Device Service not showing up in Management Studio

Please Login to Remove!

We have the BlackBerry 10 Univeral Device Service installed on one server (bes10uds.ourdomain.com) and BlackBerry Mangement Studio on another server (bes10ms.ourdomain.com).

The UDS server is not showing up in the Management Studio. I have checked the ports and URL of the UDS server in the MS configuration and it shows the Certificate Acquired.

I found the following article: KB32011-Following the installation of BlackBerry Mobile Fusion Studio, the Universal Device Service domain is missing which states that the address https://UDSserverhostname:8082/enter...n/ws?wsdlhttps needs to be accessible. The only way that I can access this in a web browser is via http:// and not https://.

Would this be the cause of the UDS server not showing up? If so how do we go about correcting this?
