Overview
First, eliminate any issues that are caused by known IBM® Lotus® Domino® issues and BlackBerry® Enterprise Server issues. This is applicable if customers are running
BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 SP3.
Make sure that IBM Lotus
SPR# JPAI8E4NTW has been addressed by installing
IBM Lotus Domino 8.5.2 Fix Pack 2 or higher on the Lotus Domino Mail Servers the BlackBerry Enterprise Server interacts with (
KB27091).

Remarks: So now we need to patch ALL Domino servers, not just the mail servers, including the BES server.
An update is available which resolves the following issues:
KB27021 - Blackberry Enterprise Server outage caused by Out Of Office Profile for a particular users mail file
KB27246 - Blackberry Enterprise Server outage during the processing of tasks and or dates are set incorrectly
KB27130 - BlackBerry Enterprise Server agent crashes on removal of a user
KB27046 - BESD: server crashed while attempting to process PIM Sync for user.
KB26185 - High CPU usage is seen while doing OTAFM folder scanning of large mail files with large numbers of documents and folders.
