I share your pain. Sent them emails before asking for support. Only got an automated acknowledgment email, nothing else. They do have a great app, and I think they can improve in some places (there are 3 shortcuts for sharing/RT but none for search), but I'm not too confident they're in any rush to make changes.
I also find it strange that I never learn about program updates from their twitter feed. I always find out from other users' RT.
