How about disabling the apn (uncheck the box) and deleting the apn address? That will stop data traffic via the apn.

I'm guessing by the small amount (10KB?) And the fact you do not use an app that uses the apn, that the data traffic is simply overhead. But if you don't need to use the apn, shut it down and see what happens.
