Why throw out more money to compensate for the inadequacy of someone you're currently paying, a premium price I might add? That's unamerican in my book. Take advantage of your liberties. Many of person paid the ultimate price for you to have these rights. Where does it end?
Why be loyal and give money to a company that's causing you grief and won't give you what you feel you paid for? If you stay with them it will never get fixed. That's like paying one doctor to make you sick while you secretly go to a speialist to get well?????
