If you see 3G and the white wifi logo, then voice is on the mobile network and blackberry data is on wifi.
Open device options and select mobile network. What do you see there? Do you have a setting for Connection Preference? What I see for options is mobile network only/mobile network preferred/wifi only/wifi preferred. If you see that and it is set to mobile or mobile preferred, change it to wifi preferred.
