The conflict is with the drive letters. From within Windows XP, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, from the resulting application, select the Disk Management option. You can then right-click on your external drive and change the drive letter to another or change the drive letters that your 9000 use.

You should not have to restart but I would recommend that you do.

You should be good after that.
